Being Vulnerable
I’m going to be a bit vulnerable right now. Some of you may take offense. Some of you may scoff. Some of you won’t believe
Negative Thoughts Have A Message
And when we understand the message, it frees us to decide how we show up during stress, turmoil, chaos…challenges of every type!
I’m going to be a bit vulnerable right now. Some of you may take offense. Some of you may scoff. Some of you won’t believe
I’m reading a great book called, “The Gifts of Imperfection” by Brene Brown. Last night I read what encapsulates my experience in overcoming depression:
John Maxwell says, “When you know your why, you know the history and purpose of each experience in your life.” (Intentional Living, p. 84)
The reality is that you are either fighting or enduring chaos and challenges in your life. It’s real. I remember being in this reality.
Silence. It can too easily become a way of life. It’s a fairly common theme with those I work with. And it is an enemy.
Stress. It is something that we deal with every single day. In copious amounts. Our bodies are meant to know how to react to stress.
In 2010, I was overwhelmed with depression and stressed about what the future held. I knew there HAD to be answers.
I found them. These answers became solutions to facing my fears, replacing self-sabotage, and embracing my worth that have set me free to move through personal and parenting challenges. I’ve been teaching these solutions to clients for 10 years.
I want the same for you!
