Being Vulnerable
I’m going to be a bit vulnerable right now. Some of you may take offense. Some of you may scoff. Some of you won’t believe
When Mindset Needs Something More
Mind mastery matters deeply.
And sometimes hidden patterns in the mind and body
are shaping responses women haven’t fully understood yet.
I’m going to be a bit vulnerable right now. Some of you may take offense. Some of you may scoff. Some of you won’t believe
I’m reading a great book called, “The Gifts of Imperfection” by Brene Brown. Last night I read what encapsulates my experience in overcoming depression:
John Maxwell says, “When you know your why, you know the history and purpose of each experience in your life.” (Intentional Living, p. 84)
The reality is that you are either fighting or enduring chaos and challenges in your life. It’s real. I remember being in this reality.
Silence. It can too easily become a way of life. It’s a fairly common theme with those I work with. And it is an enemy.
Stress. It is something that we deal with every single day. In copious amounts. Our bodies are meant to know how to react to stress.
In 2010, I was stuck in depression–overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted from trying to get everything right.
What changed wasn’t trying harder.
It was realizing my mind and body weren’t broken; they were protecting me.
As hidden patterns began to make sense, I found more calm, clarity, and capacity to handle life differently.
Today, I help women uncover the hidden patterns keeping them stuck–so they can stop carrying what was never theirs and return to who God created them to be.
🌿 When hidden patterns finally make sense.
Calm your mind.
Steady your body.
Live rooted in truth.
