Many women try to force the same pace into a completely different season.
Summer changes more than schedules.
It changes rhythm.
Children are home more.
Routines shift.
Noise increases.
Structure disappears.
And many women try to force themselves to function exactly the same way they did before.
But eventually the body starts responding.
More irritation.
More exhaustion.
Less patience.
Less capacity.
Not because you’re failing.
But because your body is responding to a different level of demand.
I think many women spend so much energy trying to maintain the same pace that they never stop to ask:
“What would actually support me in this season?”
Sometimes wisdom looks less like pushing harder…
…and more like allowing your rhythms to change with your reality.
