People who are feeling deep pain and suicidal thoughts often feel disconnected to others, alienated from others, and a burden to others, hopeless that it will never change.
Just being with a person who is feeling this way can be enough. It’s putting “the arm of love around a person who is struggling.”
Let’s watch out for one another. Let’s connect with one another. Let’s be aware when someone is struggling.
It matters!
