Emotional Freedom Technique And Stress

What is a stress in your life?  What does it feel like?  What does it sound like?  How does it act? Where do you feel it?  On a scale of 1-10, how intense is this stress?

The human body is composed of meridians where energy flows.  One way to calm anxiety and stress is through the emotional freedom technique.  It stimulates different energy meridian points which allows for new programming to enter the subconscious mind.
 This is a great article on Anxiety and the Brain. I practice the EFT technique often and have found great success in being able to calmly and clearly move through life’s challenges.
