COVID-19 And Moving Forward

As a world, we are currently in the “middle” of this pandemic. We don’t know how long it is going to last let alone what tomorrow’s stipulations may look like.

The brain likes to go to panic or anxiety about things like this because it cannot solve for things that have not happened. It can only solve for now.

I work every day to stay in this mindset, to solve for right now so my forward movement is not dependent on my circumstances. I ask, “What can I do today to further my preparations for the future?”

I invite you to ask a similar question…to solve for NOW.

The peace is unmistakeable.
