My clients often say very brilliant things.

A couple of days ago, one of them said

My mom has been living rent free in my brain for too long!


If you’re like most people, there is a lot of chatter inside your head. According to Healthline, individuals process over 6000 thoughts a day!

So what does this mean for you?

Maybe some of those thoughts aren’t serving you. Maybe some of them are impeding your progress.

It’s time to notice the cost of believing them.

And it’s time to become more emotionally resilient by becoming consciously aware of the message your thoughts are really giving you.
