Growing up, we were all taught about our physical fitness. We would have gym class where we would run, jump, and exercise… but none of us were taught about the importance of our mental fitness.

The media and the disease-profiteers have even tried to make us believe that we are “healthy stressed.”  That’s what they are calling it now.
