Mental Wellness Conference

Join the Mental Wellness Conference going on now!

Do you feel like you lack focus, are  foggy, or exhausted?
Do you feel  stressed, overwhelmed,  or anxious?
Do you feel lonely, depressed, even broken?
You’re NOT ALONE And It’s NOT Your Fault.
Let me explain…

The truth is that stress, anxiety and other “so called” negative emotions are actually normal and even healthy, if you know how to channel them the right way.

It’s part of your survival instinct that is critical to making good decisions – decisions that are keeping you alive!

The Bad News is…

…that your body and mind weren’t designed to remain in a constant state of “survival mode” like the average person is living today.

Many serious diseases are now being linked with this never-ending state of fear, anxiety, and worry.

It’s no wonder that the “land of opportunity” is also the sickest country on Earth!

Growing up, we were all taught about our physical fitness. We would have gym class where we would run, jump, and exercise… but none of us were taught about the importance of our mental fitness.

The media and the disease-profiteers have even tried to make us believe that we are “healthy stressed.”  That’s what they are calling it now.

If you are more than a little worried about the future, struggling with keeping a positive outlook on life, feel foggy, overwhelmed, or even a little restless… let me assure you things are about to get a whole lot better for you! (Amare Mental Wellness Company)

I’m Mandy-Marie.

Life is full of challenges–mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Being able to live from the wisdom gained from our challenges and mistakes is what enables us to become the best versions of ourselves. As a young mother of five, I was a mess of depression and perfectionism. Now as Nana to 5, my mess has become wisdom and propelled me forward with a passion for helping people show up the way they really want to!
