Help! I Don’t Have Depression–But…

One of the biggest breakthroughs of my life over the past 10 years has been realizing how the tools and techniques I have acquired to eradicate depression and anxiety are still extremely valuable as I navigate “normal” life. Because I want to hold my power and create a very specific life, I use the tools and techniques I teach clients every day, and my ability to create everything from a landscaped backyard to a stronger connection to my Higher Power has been magnified one-hundred fold! If you don’t suffer from mental wellness challenges, fantastic! Are you creating the life you want, anyway?
