Two Kinds Of Power

There are two kinds of power: Power Over and Personal Power.

Power Over kills the spirit. Personal Power nourishes the spirit.

Author Patricia Evans says, “Power Over shows up as control and dominance. Personal Power shows up as mutuality and co-creation.” (The Verbally Abusive Relationship)

I help my clients discover their personal power–power to create the lives they desire–by eradicating lies at their core and beginning to live from the truth about who they really are.

If there is someone in your life who exercises Power Over you, I implore you to speak up and get help. There is hope to finding your personal power.

If you are not dealing with someone who exercises Power Over you, what Personal Power are you missing? Let’s talk!

It matters!

Life is full of challenges–mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Being able to live from the wisdom gained from our challenges and mistakes is what enables us to become the best versions of ourselves.
