Mindfulness is being aware of what is happening, opening the door to what you really want.

As the video suggests, become aware of what your body is feeling. Stand or sit still. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Start at the top of your head and move down your body, saying out loud the feelings you are experiencing. Practicing this simple technique can begin to open your mind to new possibilities.
